This is a handy little tuner with a very bright, clear and sizeable display. It's easy to use and will fit onto to any ukulele headstock. What sets it apart is that it is rechargable - with the ability to charge it up again when the battery is flat using a USB cable (one is supplied).

It has a rotating display, so after clipping onto the end of the headstock you can (very) easily rotate it around to point directly at your eyes - even if that's a small adjustment like the difference in angle based on whether you're seated or standing. It'll rotate a full 360 degrees. Not sure why - maybe if you need to show your neighbour in your ukulele group the display and show off at how clear and bright it is?!

Add to that it is very easy to use. Just put your finger on the aeroplane and it turns on, and the same to turn it off. It's not a real button - it needs your fingertip. (I'm not sure of the technology, but it's like those glass hobs, which don't turn on without a fingertip - you can't turn it on by accident with a kitchen tool for example). Anyway... what am I on about this for? It means it can't turn on by mistake in your gig bag.

It's a chromatic tuner, so no 'ukulele mode', something I never use anyway... Just clip on, turn on and tune.

I use one of the compact D'addario clip ons, but I am forever struggling to get the display to point at me. If it doesn't, the display isn't clear at all. No such issues with this, which is very very bright indeed.
